Four of the five metro-Detroit community colleges have hiked tuition this fall, but the increases are less than those imposed by the state's universities. They range from 2.7 percent at Oakland Community College to 6.6 percent at Macomb Community College . Henry Ford Community College is the only two-year institution that held the line on tuition.
